1. Job Card Finality
Post-approval of the designated Job Card, the scope shall be deemed contractually frozen. No variation, amendment, or substitution
will be entertained thereafter, irrespective of the rationale provided.
2. LED Systems & Power Stabilization
Company-supplied adaptors are aligned to project-specific loads. Clients shall ensure voltage conditioning at site. A maximum of two
service instances will be honored for adaptor or LED-related concerns. Beyond this, the assumption of localized electrical
inconsistency absolves the Company of further liability.
3. Invoice Compliance Requirement
Warranty privileges are activated solely upon realization of full and final payment. Any delay in payment exceeding 7 calendar days
renders all warranty obligations void without prejudice.
4. Service Timelines
Standard service response will be initiated within 48 working hours post-request acknowledgment. Complex cases, especially
involving elevation or restricted access, shall undergo situational assessment. Provisional timeline communication will follow within 2
business days.
5. Warranty Coverage Scope
Warranty is applicable solely to the physical signage product supplied. It expressly excludes labor charges, tools, equipment, or
ancillary materials utilized during installation or maintenance procedures.
6. Surface Integrity and Installation Substrates
In cases where studs or letters detach post-installation, such instances shall not qualify for warranty coverage if the installation
substrate-such as walls, cladding, or facades-was structurally unsound, uneven, or not suited for load-bearing at the time of
execution.
7. General Exemptions
Coverage exclusions include, but are not limited to: third-party tampering, weathering, unauthorized dismounting, utility faults,
vandalism, and environmental exposure.
8. Service Invocation Protocol
Service claims shall be submitted in writing with invoice proof and photographic evidence. The Company reserves the right to
evaluate the request within 7 business days. Out-of-warranty visits may incur inspection charges.
9. Jurisdiction
All disputes or legal interpretations shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra and shall adhere to applicable
statutes of the Republic of India.
